DIY Coconut Milk
Product Information
Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 2½ cups water
Method:
- Place coconut in a medium mixing bowl.
- Boil the water then pour over the coconut and mix.
- Allow mixture to return to room temperature.
- Place in a blender for 60 seconds.
- Scoop mixture into a mesh bag or muslin, and squeeze the milk into a medium bowl.
- Repeat the process one more time.
